The First Bancorp Keeps Quarterly Dividend at 22 Cents per Share
September 16, 2015 4:15 PM EDTDAMARISCOTTA, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of The First Bancorp (NASDAQ: FNLC) today declared a quarterly dividend of 22 cents per share. This third-quarter dividend is payable October 30, 2015, to shareholders of record as of October 5, 2015, and is equal to the 22 cents per share the Company paid in the prior quarter. Based on the September 15, 2015 closing price of $18.97 per share, the annualized dividend of 88 cents per share translates into a yield of 4.64%.
