Sanderson Farms, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend and Payment of Special Dividend
September 16, 2015 11:10 AM EDTLAUREL, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sanderson Farms, Inc. (NASDAQ: SAFM) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22Â (twenty-two cents) per share. The Board has also authorized a special cash dividend payment of $0.50 (fifty cents) per share. Both the regular quarterly cash dividend and the special cash dividend are payable on October 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 29, 2015. Payment of the regular quarterly cash dividend will remain subject to Board approval each quarter.
