Douglas Emmett Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
September 14, 2015 6:05 PM EDTSANTA MONICA, Calif., Sept. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Douglas Emmett, Inc. (NYSE: DEI), a real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on each share of its common stock of $0.21, or $0.84 on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2015.
