September 11, 2015 8:25 AM EDTAxis Capital (NYSE: AXS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2015.
