Tri-Continental Corporation Declares Third Quarter Distribution
September 4, 2015 9:40 AM EDTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tri-Continental Corporation (the Corporation) (NYSE: TY) today declared a third quarter distribution of $0.1950 per share of Common Stock and $0.6250 per share of Preferred Stock. Dividends on Common Stock will be paid on September 22, 2015 to Common Stockholders of record on September 14, 2015 and dividends on Preferred Stock will be paid on October 1, 2015 to Preferred Stockholders of record on September 14, 2015. The ex-dividend date for both the Common Stock and the Preferred Stock is September 10, 2015. The $0.1950 per share dividend on the Common Stock is in accordance with the Corporations earned distribution policy.
