Chipmaker Diodes to buy Pericom in $400 million deal

Diodes (DIOD) to Acquire Pericom Semi (PSEM) in $400M Cash Deal

Diodes (NASDAQ: DIOD) and Pericom Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: PSEM)announced that Diodes Incorporated and Pericom have entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger that provides for the acquisition of Pericom by Diodes.
Highlights of the transaction include:
