Care Capital Properties Declares Full Third Quarter Dividend of $0.57 Per Share
September 2, 2015 6:17 PM EDTCHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Care Capital Properties, Inc. (NYSE: CCP) (CCP) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a full third quarter dividend of $0.57 per share, payable in cash on September 30, 2015 to stockholders of record on September 14, 2015. CCP intends to elect and qualify to be taxed as a real estate investment trust for U.S. federal income tax purposes.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Care Capital Properties, Inc. (NYSE: CCP) (CCP) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of eight skilled nursing facilities and one assisted living facility in Shreveport, Louisiana and simultaneously entered into a long-term triple-net lease with Texas-based operator Senior Care Centers, LLC (SCC) to operate the acquired portfolio. SCC concurrently acquired the operations, which also included a rehabilitative therapy company, four hospice agencies and an interest in an affiliated pharmacy provider.
