Ciena Appoints François Locoh-Donou as Chief Operating Officer
September 3, 2015 7:01 AM EDTHANOVER, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ciena ® (NYSE: CIEN), the network specialist, today announced that François Locoh-Donou has been appointed senior vice president and chief operating officer, effective November 1, 2015, reporting directly to President and CEO Gary B. Smith. Locoh-Donou has served as senior vice president of Cienas Global Products Group since August 2011.
