Banc of California, Inc. Announces Quarterly Common Stock Dividend
September 2, 2015 4:30 PM EDTIRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2015 to stockholders of record as of September 14, 2015. Based on the trading price of $12.02 as of close of market on September 1, 2015, the cash dividend results in an annualized dividend yield of 3.99%.
