ProAssurance Declares Quarterly Dividend
September 2, 2015 4:05 PM EDTBIRMINGHAM, Ala., Sept. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of ProAssurance Corporation (NYSE: PRA) has declared a cash dividend of $0.31 per common share, payable on October 7, 2015 to shareholders who own our stock as of September 24, 2015.
Our dividend policy anticipates a total annual dividend of $1.24 per share, to be paid in equal quarterly installments.
