Lam Research Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend
August 27, 2015 4:05 PM EDTFREMONT, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/27/15 -- Lam Research Corporation (NASDAQ: LRCX) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock. On an annualized basis, this will return approximately $190 million to stockholders based on shares outstanding as of June 28, 2015. The dividend payment will be made September 30, 2015 to holders of record on September 9, 2015. Future dividend payments are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.
