Bancorp of New Jersey, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
August 26, 2015 4:45 PM EDTFORT LEE, N.J., Aug. 26, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bancorp of New Jersey, Inc. (NYSE-MKT: BKJ), the holding company of Bank of New Jersey, announced that its board of directors, on August 20, 2015, declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.06 per share of its common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 30, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 9, 2015.
