United Security Bancshares, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend
August 26, 2015 4:30 PM EDTTHOMASVILLE, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- United Security Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: USBI) announced that the Board of Directors, at a meeting held Wednesday, August 26, 2015, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share. The dividend is payable October 1, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 11, 2015.
