August 25, 2015 5:30 PM EDTUNIONDALE, N.Y., Aug. 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the "Company") (Nasdaq: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the "Bank"), today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.16 per common share, payable on September 30, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 9, 2015.
