Softbank Acquires 16.8M More Shares of Sprint Corp. (S)
August 18, 2015 6:43 AM EDTSoftbank acquired an additional 16.8 million shares of Sprint Corp. (NYSE: S), according to an SEC filing. Purchases took place between August 13-17 at $3.98-$4.61.

August 13, 2015 7:25 AM EDTSoftBank Group Corp. (TOKYO:9984, SBG) today said it has made filings with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary disclosing that it has acquired additional shares in Sprint Corporation (NYSE: S).
