Bancroft Fund Ltd. Declares a Third Quarter Dividend and Reports Share Repurchase Activity
August 17, 2015 5:00 PM EDTMORRISTOWN, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 08/17/15 -- The Board of Trustees of Bancroft Fund Ltd. (NYSE MKT: BCV) announced today that it has declared a dividend of 25.7 cents ($0.257) per share. The dividend is payable on September 24, 2015 to shareholders of record on September 10, 2015. Based on our current estimates, the Fund anticipates that approximately 12.2 cents ($0.122) per share of the dividend will be paid from accumulated net investment income, and approximately 13.5 cents ($0.135) per share will represent a return of capital.
