Ecolab (ECL) to Acquire U.S. Operations of Swisher Hygiene (SWSH) in $40M Deal
August 13, 2015 7:35 AM EDTEcolab (NYSE: ECL) has reached an agreement to acquire the U.S. operations of Charlotte, N.C.-based Swisher Hygiene Inc.
