Tesla (TSLA) Boosts Common Stock Offering Size to 2.7M Shares
August 14, 2015 6:15 AM EDTTesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) filed a registration with the U.S. SEC to sell up to 2,694,934 shares of its Common Stock. This is up from the 2,100,000 shares it filed to sell on Thursday, August 13th.
Pricing on the offering is also at $242 per share, versus Tesla's close at $242.51 on Thursday.
