Vishay Intertechnology Declares Quarterly Dividend
August 11, 2015 4:09 PM EDTMALVERN, Pa., Aug. 11, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock and Class B common stock, to be paid on September 24, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 2, 2015. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
