Bottomline Technologies Reports Fourth Quarter Results
August 11, 2015 3:37 PM EDTPORTSMOUTH, N.H., Aug. 11, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY), a leading provider of cloud-based payment, invoice and digital banking solutions, today reported financial results for the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Revenues for the fourth quarter were $85.4 million, an increase of $3.7 million, or 8% on a constant currency basis, from the fourth quarter of last year. Subscription and transaction revenues, which are primarily related to the companys cloud platforms, increased 15% on a constant currency basis from the fourth quarter of last year to $44.7 million.
