(NYSE: NXRT) (NXRT) announced today that NXRTs board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.206 per share of NXRT common stock, payable on September 30, 2015 to stockholders of record on September 15, 2015.

Second Quarter 2015 Highlights
NXRT paid a first quarter dividend of $0.206 per share of NXRT common stock on June 30, 2015. Subsequent to the second quarter 2015, NXRTs Board approved a quarterly dividend of $0.206 for each share of NXRT common stock (or $4.4 million in the aggregate), payable on September 30, 2015 for holders of record on September 15, 2015 AFFO¹ totaled $7.1 million, or $0.34 per common share, compared to $7.0 million in first quarter of 2015...
