(NYSE: NXRT) (NXRT) announced today that NXRTs board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.206 per share of NXRT common stock, payable on September 30, 2015 to stockholders of record on September 15, 2015.

Second Quarter 2015 Highlights
NXRT paid a first quarter dividend of $0.206 per share of NXRT common stock on June 30, 2015.
