First Business Announces Two-for-One Stock Split and Quarterly Cash Dividend
August 7, 2015 5:20 PM EDTMADISON, Wis., Aug. 7, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Business Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBIZ) (the "Company" or "First Business") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a two-for-one stock split of its common stock payable in the form of a 100% stock dividend. The two-for-one stock split will be payable on August 28, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 18, 2015.
