Sirona Reports Record Fiscal 2015 Third Quarter Results
August 7, 2015 6:30 AM EDTThird quarter record revenues of $306.1 million, up 15.2% in local currency* compared to prior year and up 2.1% as reported in U.S. dollars. Third quarter record diluted earnings per share of $1.04 on a GAAP reported basis compared to $0.92 in the prior year. Third quarter record non-GAAP adjusted EPS* of $1.16, up 17.2% compared to $0.99 in the prior year. Management reiterates guidance of FY15 organic local currency revenue growth of 6% to 8% and non-GAAP adjusted EPS* in the range of $3.95 to $4.05.
