On June 1, 2015, MJ Acquisition Corporation, a joint venture that Select Medical created with Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe XII, L.P. ("WCAS"), consummated the acquisition of Concentra Inc. ("Concentra"), which provides occupational health, consumer health, physical therapy, and veteran's healthcare services throughout the United States.
