Tesla (TSLA) Fraught with Execution Risk, Says Pacific Crest
August 6, 2015 1:26 PM EDTTesla Motors' (NASDAQ: TSLA) rapidly rising volume is fraught with execution risk, said Pacific Crest, and analysts warned of more potential downside this year. Investors were advised to would look for a better entry point before getting involved.

August 6, 2015 10:14 AM EDTStifel is out with commentary on Tesla Motors (Nasdaq: TSLA) following the company's Q2 results reported Wednesday night.
Analyst James Albertine is cutting his Q3, FY15, and FY16 EPS estimates from ($0.01), $0.57, and $3.89, down to ($0.58), ($0.66), and $1.66, respectively.

Tesla (TSLA) Tops Q2 EPS by 12c; Deliveries Were 11,532 Units

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.48), $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.60). Revenue was $954.98 million, versus the consensus of $1.17 billion.
Deliveries were 11,532 units in the quarter. (The company previously announced 11,507 Model S deliveries for Q2 2015.)
Outlook
In Q3, we expect to produce just over 12,000 vehicles, representing a more than 60% increase from a year ago, and deliver approximately the same number of vehicles as in Q2, despite having one week of planned shutdown in Q3. This includes a small number of Model X... More
