S&P Places Windstream (WIN) Ratings on CreditWatch Negative

Windstream (WIN) Declares $0.15 Quarterly Dividend; 11.6% Yield
August 6, 2015 8:51 AM EDTWindstream (NASDAQ: WIN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.
The dividend is for stockholders of record on September 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 11.6 percent.
