August 6, 2015 6:00 AM EDTSAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Abraxas Petroleum Corporation (NASDAQ: AXAS) today reported financial and operating results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015.
On October 31, 2014 we closed on the sale of our interest in Canadian Abraxas Petroleum, ULC ("Canadian Abraxas"), a wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary of Abraxas Petroleum Corporation.
