(NASDAQ: ECOL) ("the Company") today reported financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2015. As announced earlier today, the Company's results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2015 include a non-cash goodwill impairment charge of $6.7 million, or $0.31 per diluted share, related to a strategic review of the Company's industrial services business leading to the sale of Allstate Power Vac., Inc.
