DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Atmos Energy Corporation (NYSE: ATO) today reported consolidated results
for its fiscal 2015 third quarter and nine months ended June 30, 2015.
Fiscal 2015 third quarter consolidated net income, excluding net
unrealized margins, was $55.1 million, or $0.54 per diluted share,
compared with consolidated net income, excluding net unrealized
margins, of $46.1 million, or $0.45 per diluted share in the
prior-year quarter.
Fiscal 2015 third quarter consolidated net income was $56.3 million,
or $0.55 per diluted share, after including unrealized net gains of
$1.2 million, or $0.01 per diluted share. Net income was $45.7
