Time Warner (TWX) Tops Q2 EPS by 22c
August 5, 2015 7:00 AM EDTTime Warner (NYSE: TWX) reported Q2 EPS of $1.25, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of $1.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.9 billion.

Time Warner (TWX) Declares $0.35 Quarterly Dividend; 1.6% Yield
August 5, 2015 6:59 AM EDTTime Warner (NYSE: TWX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 27, 2015.
