Piper Jaffray Raises Price Target on Amsurg (AMSG) to $82 Following 2Q EPS Beat
August 5, 2015 9:47 AM EDTPiper Jaffray reiterated an Overweight rating on AmSurg (NASDAQ: AMSG), and raised the price target to $82.00 (from $72.00), following 2Q results. Revenues increased 131% y/y to $642M, which was $29M higher than consensus of $613M. Adjusted EPS of $0.97 was $0.13 higher than consensus of $0.84.

Amsurg (AMSG) Tops Q2 EPS by 13c, Raises FY Guidance
August 4, 2015 4:02 PM EDTAmsurg (NASDAQ: AMSG) reported Q2 EPS of $0.97, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.84. Revenue for the quarter came in at $642 million versus the consensus estimate of $613.55 million.
Amsurg sees Q3 2015 EPS of $0.92-$0.95, versus the consensus of $0.89.
