NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ares Capital Corporation (Ares Capital) (NASDAQ: ARCC) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a third quarter dividend of $0.38 per share, payable on September 30, 2015 to stockholders of record as of September 15, 2015.
JUNE 30, 2015 FINANCIAL RESULTS
Ares Capital also announced financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2015.
