Microchip Technology Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend Of 35.8 Cents Per Share
August 3, 2015 4:46 PM EDTCHANDLER, Ariz., Aug. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- (NASDAQ: MCHP) Microchip Technology Incorporated, a leading provider of microcontroller, mixed-signal, analog and Flash-IP solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 35.8 cents per share. The dividend is payable on September 25, 2015 to stockholders of record on September 11, 2015. Microchip initiated quarterly cash dividend payments in the third quarter of fiscal year 2003 and has increased its dividend 46 times since its inception.
