Ciena (CIEN) Completes $488M Acquisition of Cyan
August 3, 2015 8:54 AM EDTCiena (NYSE: CIEN) announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Cyan, Inc., a leading provider of next-generation software and platforms to enable open, agile and scalable software-defined networks, pursuant to the terms of the acquisition agreement.
