Franklin Electric Declares Payment of Quarterly Cash Dividend and Announces an Increase to Its Stock Repurchase Program
August 3, 2015 8:00 AM EDTFORT WAYNE, Ind., Aug. 3, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gregg C. Sengstack, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Electric Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: FELE), announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.0975Â per share payable August 20, 2015 to shareowners of record on August 10, 2015.
The Company's Board of Directors also approved a stock repurchase program, authorizing the Company to repurchase up to 3,000,000 shares of outstanding common stock.
