July 30, 2015 4:30 PM EDTCLEVELAND, OHIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PKOH) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share on the common stock outstanding, to be paid on August 28, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2015.
