CorEnergy Declares Second Quarter 2015 Common Stock and Preferred Dividends, Reiterates Guidance for Common Stock Dividend Increase for Third Quarter
July 31, 2015 8:30 AM EDTKANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CORR, CORRPrA) ("CorEnergy" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a second quarter 2015 dividend of $0.135 per share (or $0.54 cents per share annualized) for its common stock. The dividend is payable on August 31, 2015, to shareholders of record on August 17, 2015.
CorEnergy's Board of Directors also confirmed its intent to increase the annualized dividend rate to $0.60 per share beginning with the distribution for the third quarter of 2015, which the Company expects to announce in late October 2015 for payment in November 2015.
