Arc Logistics Partners LP Announces Quarterly Distribution, Second Quarter 2015 Earnings Release and Conference Call Schedule
July 30, 2015 6:09 PM EDTNEW YORK, July 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arc Logistics Partners LP ("Arc Logistics" or the "Partnership"), a Delaware limited partnership (NYSE: ARCX), announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.425 per unit ($1.70 per unit on an annualized basis) for the period from April 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015. The second quarter distribution represents a 3.7% increase over the first quarter 2015 cash distribution of $0.41 per unit ($1.64 per unit on an annualized basis). The distribution is payable on August 14, 2015 to unitholders of record on August 10, 2015.
