Heartland Payment Systems Reports Record Second Quarter 2015 Adjusted Earnings Per Share of $0.72

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Heartland Payment Systems, Inc. (NYSE: HPY), one of the nation's largest payment processors, today announced record second quarter Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Earnings per Share of $27.1 million and $0.72, respectively, for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Earnings per Share were $21.0 million and $0.58, respectively, for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. For the second quarter of 2015, Heartland reported GAAP Net Income of $20.9 million, or $0.56 per share.
