World Fuel Services Corporation Reports Second Quarter Earnings
July 30, 2015 4:07 PM EDTMIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- World Fuel Services Corporation (NYSE: INT) today reported second quarter net income of $29.9 million or $0.42 diluted earnings per share compared to $48.2 million or $0.68 diluted earnings per share in the second quarter of 2014. Non-GAAP net income and diluted earnings per share for the second quarter, excluding share-based compensation and amortization of acquired intangible assets were $37.9 million and $0.53, respectively, compared to $57.9 million and $0.81 in 2014, which also excluded an executive non-renewal charge.
