Miller Energy Resources (MILL) Posts Q2 GAAP Loss of $2.48/Share; Will Evaluate Several Offers
July 29, 2015 6:25 AM EDTMiller Energy Resources (NYSE: MILL) reported Q4 EPS of $2.48, $2.75 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.27). Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $21.5 million.
While the Company is comfortable with the numbers presented below, the Company requires additional time to satisfactorily complete its financial statements and disclosures to be included in its Annual Report on Form 10-K ("Form 10-K").
