Valley National Bancorp Reports Increase In Second Quarter Net Income And Solid Loan Growth
July 30, 2015 9:00 AM EDTWAYNE, N.J., July 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Valley National Bancorp (NYSE: VLY), the holding company for Valley National Bank, today reported net income for the second quarter of 2015 of $32.0 million, or $0.14 per diluted common share as compared to net income of $30.3 million, or $0.13 per diluted common share, for the first quarter of 2015 and the second quarter of 2014 earnings of $29.5 million, or $0.15 per diluted common share.
