THOMASVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (NASDAQ: ODFL) today announced financial results for the three-month and six-month periods ended June 30, 2015. Revenue increased 8.4% to $762.2 million for the second quarter of 2015 from $703.0 million for the same quarter of 2014. Net income was $85.6 million for the second quarter of 2015, a 15.9% increase from $73.8 million for the second quarter last year, while earnings per diluted share were $1.00, a 16.3% increase from $0.86 for the prior-year quarter.
