July 30, 2015 4:12 PM EDTRAIT Financial (NYSE: RAS) announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 common shares. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,200,000 additional common shares.

RAIT Financial (RAS) Tops Q2 EPS by 7c
July 30, 2015 8:22 AM EDTRAIT Financial (NYSE: RAS) reported Q2 EPS of $0.37, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $79.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $25.12 million.
