Banc of California Reports Second Quarter Results

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC) today reported net income of $15.9 million and net income available to common shareholders of $13.1 million, or $0.32 per diluted common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. This compares to net income available to common shareholders of $11.7 million, or $0.29 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2015, and net income available to common shareholders of $7.2 million, or $0.27 per diluted common share, for the year ago quarter ended June 30, 2014.
