CBOE Holdings Increases Quarterly Dividend By 10 Percent, To $0.23 Per Share
July 29, 2015 4:30 PM EDTCHICAGO, July 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 10-percent increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend, to $0.23 from $0.21 per share of common stock. The change will be effective with the third-quarter dividend and payable on September 18, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2015.
