Highwoods Properties (HIW) Declares $0.425 Quarterly Dividend; 4% Yield
July 29, 2015 5:36 PM EDTHighwoods Properties (NYSE: HIW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.425 per share, or $1.7 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 9, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 17, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
