Praxair (PX) Declares $0.715 Quarterly Dividend; Approves $1.5B Common Stock Repurchase Program
July 29, 2015 6:54 AM EDTPraxair (NYSE: PX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.715 per share, or $2.86 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 8, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 3, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.

July 29, 2015 6:10 AM EDTPraxair (NYSE: PX) reported Q2 EPS of $1.45, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.85 billion.
Praxair sees FY2015 EPS of $5.80-$5.95, versus prior guidance of $5.90-$6.15 and the consensus of $5.99.
