PS Business Parks, Inc. Reports Results for the Second Quarter Ended June 30, 2015 and Increases Quarterly Common Dividend by 20.0% to $0.60 Per Share
July 28, 2015 5:12 PM EDTGLENDALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PS Business Parks, Inc. (NYSE: PSB) reported operating results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Funds from operations (FFO) were $41.2Â million, or $1.20 per share for the three months ended June 30, 2015, an increase of $389,000 from the three months ended June 30, 2014 of $40.8 million, or $1.19 per share. FFO was $80.2 million, or $2.33 per share for the six months ended June 30, 2015, a decrease of $1.8 million from the six months ended June 30, 2014 of $81.9Â million, or $2.39 per share.
