CEB (CEB) Tops Q2 EPS by 44c; Acquires CEO Forum Group in A$13M Deal
July 28, 2015 4:35 PM EDTCEB (NYSE: CEB) reported Q2 EPS of $1.19, $0.44 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $232 million versus the consensus estimate of $232.76 million.
CEB sees FY2015 EPS of $3.65-$3.90, versus the consensus of $3.69. Corporate Executive Board sees FY2015 revenue of $933-948 million, versus the consensus of $957.9 million.
CEB also announced that it has acquired Australia-based CEO Forum Group for $13 million AUD. The company is the leading provider of membershipbased peer group briefing services serving senior executives of foreign-owned multinational organizations doing business in Australia.
